POSTDOCTORAL POSITION AVAILABLE

A Postdoctoral research position is available within the Semiconductor Physics Group at the University of North Texas.  The candidate will be expected to investigate the magneto-optical properties of narrow bandgap semiconductor thin films, particularly II - VI materials.  Experience in IR materials and/or devices is desirable, but not necessary.  Candidates should have a Ph.D. received not more than three years prior to the start date of the appointment.  Interested candidates should submit a CV with publications list, and the names and addresses of three references to Dr. T.D.
