Elena Talache was a high school senior from Santa Fe, New Mexico. She and Michelle Holloway, a former high school senior from Odessa, Texas, were with the Upward Bound Math and Science program. Seth Gellespie was a graduate of the Texas Academy of Math and Science program at UNT. After this summers work Seth attended the University of Pennsylvania. Young was currently attending Austin College in Sherman, Texas.
