After completing his undergraduate work at Princeton, Dr. Perez earned his PhD in semiconductor device physics from Berkeley in 1983.

Kenny Stephens

Dr. Stephens obtained his physics PhD ("Space-Charge Saturation and Current Limits in Cylindrical Drift Tubes and Planar Sheaths") from UNT in August 2000. It dealt, theoretically and computationally, with the ability to better understand space-charge saturation in two scenarios: 1) charged particle beams in coaxial drift tubes, and 2)  planar plasma sheaths.

Dr. Akwani completed his physics PhD ("Structural and Photoelectron Emission Properties of Chemical Vapor Deposition Grown Diamond Films") in August 1998. He presently works at Corning, Inc., in Corning, NY, as a Research Scientist.

Dr. Seong-Chu completed his physics PhD ("Scanning Tunneling Microscopy of Epitaxial Diamond (110) and (111) Films and Field Emission Properties of Diamond Coated Molybdenum Microtips") in May 1998.

Richard Stallcup
